Grease the idli mould with oil/ghee. Cut open the pack, stir the batter thoroughly. Spray inside of idli steamer or pressure cooker with oil/water. Pour the batter into the greased mould and place the idli stand in the steamer or pressure cooker. Close the lid and steam for 10 to 12 mins

Store in refrigerator at 3 to 5?C. Do not freeze. Bring the batter to room temperature before use. Do not wash the pack before storage and keep in hygienic condition
