Remove frozen paratha from the pack. Place it on a pre-heated non-stick pan or tawa. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes by pressing it on the non-stick pan with gentle and even pressure. Turn it over and repeat the same process until both the surfaces turn golden brown in colour. Remove paratha from pan and serve hot with butter or ghee to enhance taste
