  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at bhimkartretail@gmail.com 

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and invoices.
